  • The Privacy Policy is available in both Arabic and English, and in case of any conflict between the English version and the Arabic version, the approved version is the Arabic version.

We use different methods to collect personal data in the Raghwa App, For example:

• Direct interactions: You may provide certain data when registering (such as your name, mobile number, and e-mail) by filling in forms or by corresponding with us by email or otherwise.
• Automated technologies or interactions: As you interact with the Raghwa App, we may automatically collect technical data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns such as internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your device to the internet, internet service provider, referral/exit pages, device ID, advertising ID, and operating system, types of add-ons, date and time, number of clicks, information about your use of our services, and data related to networked devices.
• Third parties: We may receive personal data about you or aggregated technical data from external services providers contracted by Raghwa App to host or maintain certain sections of this App, and we may receive your data that is shared by advertisers, developers, publishers, affiliate partners, and other third parties, or social media pages and platforms, for example, Facebook, Twitter and/or other.

We may use personal data collected from the Raghwa App for the following purposes:

• Enable you to register an account and verify your identity.
• Provide support, maintenance, improve the App and make your experience more pleasant.
• Process billing and payment, including sharing with payment gateways and third-party payment service providers.

  • We may share your data with third parties to provide the Raghwa App and services as follows cases:
    • Sharing personal data with your consent, where you may let us share personal data with others for their own marketing uses. Those uses will be subject to their privacy policies.

    • Sharing data to protect our rights and property including enforcing our agreements and policies.

    • IT technology Partners or Agents that we used to support, maintain and provide our technology and IT infrastructure that supports the Application and the storage of your data.
    • Anti-fraud Partners that we used to access and process your data and associated orders in order to check for any fraudulent behavior.
    • Management Service Partners that allows us to provide you with our customer service and improve and manage your customer experience.
    • Analytics Service Partners that we used to assist us in the improvement of the Application.
    • Marketing Tools Service Partners that we used to help us to enable our marketing.
  • You grant us the right to allow our employees and business partners to handle your data within the limits of providing the services. Please note that any third-parties use of your data will be governed by the privacy policies of those parties. We recommend you carefully review privacy policies for third parties.
• LEGAL DISCLOSURE

In the event we go through a business transition, we may share your data with a third party in connection with negotiations such as a merger, acquisitions, reorganization, asset sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer, or any similar disposition of all or any portion of our business or assets, and then the new owners may use your data in the same way as set out in this privacy.

  • Raghwa App retains data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it has been collected. Please keep in mind that in certain cases a longer retention period may be required, and also retain your data associated with an account in electronic records as long as you remain a user of the Raghwa App, for internal analysis purposes, to enhance security, to improve our service functions and enforce our legal policies.

    • The nature and sensitivity of the personal data we collect.
    • The period of provision of services to you or the operation of our business.
    • The length of the period your account is active or the period required to provide you services.

    • View, control or modify the information that identifies you through your account at Application.
    • Not to disclose your account data to anyone else, particularly account login data.
    • Log out always at the end of your session, especially if you are using someone else's device or in public internet places.
  • We shall not be responsible for your failure to keep the confidentiality of your data or any actions resulting from third parties accessing it.
• EXTERNAL LINKS
  • Raghwa App or the services may include links or ads to other third parties. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you, which will be used by them in accordance with their privacy policy, which may differ from this privacy policy. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements. When you leave our App, we encourage you to read the privacy notice of every website you visit.
  • We are not responsible for the data collection, use, disclosure, or security policies or practices of other organizations, such as Facebook, Twitter or any social media platform provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider, or device manufacturer, we recommend that you review the privacy policies of these organizations and websites carefully in order to better understand your rights and obligations.
